It is our policy to not sell or distribute any customer information under any circumstances.
This includes our mailing list as well as your email information. However, this site is
hosted by Yahoo! Store. Yahoo hosts the store pages, ordering system and order data.
Yahoo! immediately collects order information but may only use this information in the
aggregate. If you accessed this store through Yahoo! Shopping, Yahoo! also automatically

What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your bag within 14
days from date of receipt provided it has not been used and is in the same condition as it
was delivered. We will issue a complete refund (less shipping costs), to the same credit
card on which it was purchased. Please email info@minusbags.com with any return
inquiries.
What is your shipping policy?
Orders placed by 12 Noon EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship within
3-4 business days. They are sent via UPS Ground. Shipping charges and delivery time will
depend on quantities ordered and on your location.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
If your selected bag is out of stock, we will inform you immediately upon receipt of order.
We will inform you via e-mail, and we will do our best to fulfill your order. If this is not
satisfactory, we will give you a full refund.
Do I pay sales taxes on purchases?
New York residents will have sales tax automatically added to their order. If minusbags is
not collecting your state's taxes, you are expected to comply with your state's current laws
regarding purchases over the Internet.
